Request account deletion

This request concerns your Zare-Schlass account and its associated personal data.

Send a request from your account’s email address.

Write to the salon stating that you want to delete your account. Use the email address linked to the account so we can verify your request. Never share your password.

After your request

The salon verifies that the request comes from the account holder, then informs you about its processing. Sending an email does not automatically delete your account.

The request covers the account, dog profiles and associated booking data. Some information may need to be retained where required by law; the salon will specify the data concerned and its retention period when processing your request.
